Technical Detailing

• Produce a comprehensive Construction Package including all technical drawings
• Plans, details and specifications for Planning applications and Building Control
  
• Coordinate with Engineers for production of drawings and specification details

• Computer Generated Modelling using latest design software
• Coordinate design details with model maker and manufacturer
  

Design Specification

• Contract documentation and administration
  
• Finish specification and documentation including flooring, wall and ceiling finishes
• Fixtures specification and documentation including iron mongery, ligh fittings and sanitaryware
  
• Coordination of energy assessments including SAP
